Receiveo respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website, create an account, use the Receiveo application, or interact with a widget powered by Receiveo.
This policy applies to information we collect directly from you, from your organization, from customers who interact with your Receiveo-powered experiences, and from the devices and browsers used to access our services.
1. Information We Collect
- Account and business information. This includes names, email addresses, login credentials, company details, workspace details, and account preferences.
- Conversation and content data. This includes messages sent through the widget or app, uploaded files, knowledge base content, custom answers, forms, and support-related content you choose to store in Receiveo.
- Billing information. If you subscribe to paid features, billing and payment-related data is processed by Stripe. Receiveo does not store full payment card numbers.
- Usage, device, and log information. This may include IP address, browser type, device details, pages visited, actions taken in the app, timestamps, cookies, and diagnostic or crash information.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Receiveo website, app, and widget.
- Authenticate users, manage workspaces, and support account administration.
- Process subscriptions, invoices, and related billing operations.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve product quality.
- Analyze usage patterns to understand product adoption and service reliability.
- Respond to support requests, communicate updates, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Service Providers and Tools
We may share information with service providers that help us operate Receiveo. These currently include PostHog for product analytics, Stripe for billing and payments, Sentry for error monitoring, and OpenRouter plus underlying model providers for AI-powered features. We may also use hosting, infrastructure, email, and support providers as needed to run the service.

- With your team members and workspace users, based on the permissions inside your account.
- With service providers acting on our behalf to operate the service.
- When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- As part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
We do not sell personal information.
5. Cookies, Analytics, and Retention
Receiveo uses cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, analytics, and service performance. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
